PERSONAL AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS (DMV)

Girls Basketball Strength & Conditioning (2 Days/Week)

Our signature twice-a-week training program focuses on building strong, fast, confident girl athletes. This program blends basketball fundamentals with essential athletic performance development.

  • Strength & core development

  • Speed, agility, and coordination

  • Dribbling, footwork, and shooting technique

  • Confidence-building drills

Ages: 7–13

Times: 2 days per week (60-minute sessions)

Location: Maryland / DMV (gym location provided after registration)
