Girls Basketball Strength & Conditioning (2 Days/Week)
Our signature twice-a-week training program focuses on building strong, fast, confident girl athletes. This program blends basketball fundamentals with essential athletic performance development.
Strength & core development
Speed, agility, and coordination
Dribbling, footwork, and shooting technique
Confidence-building drills
Ages: 7–13
Times: 2 days per week (60-minute sessions)
Location: Maryland / DMV (gym location provided after registration)

Perfect for new and developing players who want to build a strong basketball foundation. Our clinics help athletes build consistent skills and game confidence.
